IOS Integrated Office SystemsOur History

Integrated Office Systems (IOS) was established in 1994 by two friends, Rob Martin & Richard Henderson. Appointed as a Xerox Concessionaire, the business initially covered the North-East of England for the industry leading manufacturer, supplying the full range of Xerox photocopiers and at the time fax machines – who remembers those eh?

The business quickly grew and moved to it’s first permanent premises in Yarm Lane, Stockton-on-Tees, adding Office Supplies & Furniture to it’s expanding range of products and services.

IOS built a strong reputation in the local marketplace and was then able to support an expanding customer base right across the UK, adding in IT and Document Management solutions and services, as the business expanded into new premises on Teesside Industrial Estate.

In recent years, long term employee Paul Macdonald, acquired majority shareholding, through a management buyout, in May 2023. The business has continued to grow and has since added Audio Visual and Digital Signage solutions, to expand the range of digital services the business can provide.

With a focus on maintaining excellent customer service and innovative solutions, IOS is well placed for the next chapter in our history, as we continue to support businesses across the UK with their office needs, whatever they may be.
