How long will it take to deliver our new products?

Most products can be delivered and installed within a week, however some popular or newly launched equipment may have slightly longer lead times.Your account manager will keep you up to date

What service support will I receive?

Xerox offer a full on site Service Maintenance Agreement on all products. With support available on line, over the phone and on site, we can often have your equipment back up and working in just a few minutes. On site response on A3 products is normally within 4 hours of a call being placed.

Can we see the model we require before we purchase?

Yes, we have a full range of Xerox products in our showroom and can arrange a demonstration at a time convenient to you. You can also view our range on the products pages of this website.

Can we photocopy in colour as well as black and white?

Yes, Xerox have a full range of colour photocopiers for the office and graphic art environment. These devices can also be connected as high speed, high quality printers.

Can we rent our photocopier?

Yes, a rental amount and a period will be tailored to suit your requirements.
