This customer had just moved into new premises and was renovating the building on our first meeting. In the main office, they had an old copier/printer which was costly to maintain and the print quality was also very poor and struggled with fine details on drawings.

After being shown around the rest of the building we noticed a potential board/meeting room with a TV bracket on the wall which the customer initially was going to fit a standard 55-inch screen to for customer presentation purposes, although they were unsure if this would suffice.

Firstly, we supplied a new Xerox Versalink device which produced much more accurate A3 drawings incorporating higher print quality.

We then assessed the customers board room and supplied them with new ergonomically designed tables and chairs.

In addition, we supplied and installed a 65” Clevertouch digital screen to provide them with better presentation capabilities.

The customer can now produce accurate drawings for their clients with clear detail.

They also now have a boardroom to be proud of with sleek modern furniture.

The Clevertouch screen has reinvented how the customer presents to their clients and allows them to perform live changes to designs etc.
