This firm of Chartered Accountants employ a number of Financial Advisors who travel through the various regions and work from whichever office they are near and need to connect to the local network to produce reports and presentations. These advisors use Apple iPads, need to email those documents to a local PC and then print out onto dated single function cartridge based printers which was very costly and time consuming.

IOS installed a fleet of Xerox Versalink multifunction devices. These include fast print and scan speeds with the added benefit of Apple Air Print and the unique PrintByXerox App.

Financial advisors now use the Apple Air Print facility and can now walk into any local branch and print direct from their mobile phone or tablet thus saving time and making them more efficient.

In addition, when the advisors are working from home they can easily send secured print jobs using the Print By Xerox App and then conveniently release when they are on-site, at any branch they wish to. They don’t need to specify a branch or particular printer, when they send the job, as it is all encrypted and held securely in the Xerox Print Cloud, until they need to print it out on any Xerox device, that has the PrintbyXerox App installed

By replacing their very costly desktop printers with Xerox Versalink devices they have also saved over £3,800 per year on print cartridges alone.
