A Commercial Property Management company was having a new Head Office built and wanted to create a setting that would allow their staff to thrive, where teams can come together, collaborate and relax. They were looking to incorporate a good working environment with down time and social spaces. This all needed to be designed, planned and implemented to a tight time scale.

IOS worked closely with the client which included site visits and meetings to discuss ideas and requirements after which we were able to provide them with a proposed office layout/floor plans and ideas.

Pricing, samples and colour swatches were provided along with the implementation plan to coordinate the works.
