IOS installed a mix of Xerox Versalink devices both multifunction & printer only. Staff who received the multifunction versions had the added benefit of using ConnectKey Technology with the Connect for MS365® app, to enable both scanning to & printing from their Microsoft 365 Cloud repository. A Fully Managed Service was implemented to provide break/fix and consumables management.

Account managers are no longer spending time ordering supplies or solving printer issues. Printers in home offices are included in MPS reporting, giving IT visibility. All homeworkers had access to high-quality colour output, which is especially important for branded collateral. The Connect for MS365® app reduced the need to manually move documents from emails into the correct locations, by instantly digitising and organising client documents for timely review and follow-up.
