IOS installed a mix of Xerox Versalink devices both multifunction & printer only. Staff who received the multifunction versions had the added benefit of using ConnectKey Technology with the Connect for MS365® app, to enable both scanning to & printing from their Microsoft 365 Cloud repository. A Fully Managed Service was implemented to provide break/fix and consumables management.

All homeworkers had access to high-quality colour output, which is especially important for branded collateral. The Connect for MS365® app reduced the need to manually move documents from emails into the correct locations, by instantly digitising and organising client documents for timely review and follow-up.
