How does it work?
Capture
Scan documents using your multifunction printer (MFP) equipped with ConnectKey technology.
Summary
Choose the type of summary that best fits your needs: a condensed summary or a concise interpretation generated by AI.
Sending and Printing
Select the destination for your document: print, email, or simply preview it.
Custom Reading
With the Xerox Summariser app, essential information is extracted and presented as clear and concise summaries. Say goodbye to hours spent trying to absorb everything; you can now access relevant information in just seconds, allowing you to focus on what matters most.
Scan
Place your document on the Xerox® ConnectKey® multifunction printer and scan it.
Summarise
Reduce your document to a certain percentage and obtain a summary of its content, or receive a concise interpretation generated by artificial intelligence.
Choose the destination
Preview, print, and/or email your summary for easy sharing.
Download
Outgoing emails include an option to download your summary, as well as a list of associated keywords.
